Joanna Noëlle Blagden Levesque( say what!, we'll just stick to JoJo, thanks!) is one white crooner who can ACTUALLY sing! Too little too late reached No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2006. Listen to her JoJo and The High Road albums without becoming hooked … I dare you!. Sadly, she's been out of the limelight for too long(2006) Word on the streets is that she's dropping a 3rd album sometime this year.
