Facebook and Twitter creating vain generation of self-obsessed people | Mail Online

Facebook and Twitter creating vain generation of self-obsessed people | Mail Online
Interesting article. The comments are equally interesting, example:
'....I think smart and capable people will always be listening to or "following" other smart and capable people and ignoring (there's always the hide button) those who have nothing interesting or profound to say. As a result, people will become more selective about what they're letting into their brains.
If your posts have the quality of "Look what I did mommy", you're going to the hidden plains of Facebook for me. And I believe many people will also hide posts from their friends who constantly post things of little interest.
On the other hand, Facebook and other Web2.0 technologies allow me to stay in touch with other people who are doing interesting and inspiring things.....'   ThorX89, Brno, Czech Republic
Bazinga!!  Couldn't have said it better, Thor :)
