-this watershed 1975 American thriller film, directed by Steven Spielberg, about a giant man-eating great white shark does not fail to awe almost 40 years later!
The score which precedes the shark's arrival, the dialogues between the stars: the worried police chief, Martin Brody ( Scheider), the Ivy league -educated uppity oceanographer, Matt Hooper ( Dreyfuss) and the obsessed shark hunter, Quint (Shaw) was pure joy at times, the technological marvel at the time ( the mechanical inflatable Shark)
... and of course, Brody's famous line on sighting the Shark: " you're gonna need a bigger boat!"
