Amanda, Raffaele Free-so what happens to Rudy?
The Meredict Kercher murder case is a really intriguing one(if you've been following) Amanda Knox and her former boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito have been released because the investigators scr*wed up key evidence. However Rudy Guede -who happens to be Black, an African immigrant from Cote D'Ivoire, small-time criminal-has been convicted(and in jail) of the crime since 2008. His DNA was never found on the murder weapon even though it was all over the scene of the crime. The theory was that this was a bizarre sexual tryst involving the three and the victim which had gone horribly wrong. It was felt that the men held the victim down while Amanda killed her. If Rudy- who was an accomplice- has been convicted and the other suspects have been freed because of shoddy investigative work; how fair is this?
While I certainly have no sympathy for a criminal whatever his colour, I think Rudy Guede should be released too. Afterall what is good for the goose should be equally good for the ganderexcept the gander is a certain colour !!
Spare a thought for the real victims in all this: Meredict Kercher's family!
